Zodiac siempre me gusto, poco visto, diseño vintage sesentero, look skindiver total, reloj muy personal, pero de calidad desconozco como salen ahora.
He leido esto en Reddit, pero vete tu a saber…
“Terrible movements. Both stp 1-11 and stp 1-21. Low quality assembly and oiling. Breaks after 2/3 month of normal use. I have a watch brand and I bought 15 from them. As a test (10x STP 1-11 in 2022 and 5x STP 1-21 in 2023). 4 of them were broken out of the box and 2 broke after in hands of customers (in less than 3 months). No signs of drops on the watch. Customer service does not help. They wanted the movement back and they were rude. 100€ shipping at my cost for a 150€ bad movement made in china and written swiss on top. I had to fix them myself for the customer at my expenses. STP movements are basically a low quality PT5000 with decorations and blue screws. You can actually buy high quality chinese PT5000 for 60€ and they perform way better than STP 1-21. Beside Sellita (where I buy from now) or Master of Time, better to check up and re oil every movement bought from other swiss companies. I dont trust them and as watchmaker I always say to stay alerted. DO NOT BUY watches with that movement. Always look for SW200-1 if possible.”

"I got this beautiful Zodiac Super Sea Wolf for my birthday this year and adore it. But it’s been plagued with issues. The movement winds quite roughly, with what I consider grinding or even crunching sounds. The seconds don’t always hack when the crown is pulled. The power reserve lasts less than a day. And it’s running well outside the -0/+15 rating for the STP 3-13 movement. It’s been serviced once but the problems persist. Luckily, I got it from the HODINKEE Shop and the customer service there is best in class.
I’ve mentioned this on various threads here and other forums and seen several others with similar problems. Thought it might be a good idea for everyone with issues to comment in the same place to take stock of how widespread this issue is. So let us know if you’ve experienced similar problems and also if you have a perfectly fine Zodiac running a STP movement."

Yo lo tengo en mi Meccaniche Veneziane Redentore rosso cardenalizio y va fenomenal, muy bien ajustado. Es otro clon del ETA 2824 “Swiss Made” como el Sellita. Totalmente recomendable por mi parte, Micer Hernán.
